I think I have a problem finding the perfect woman .... Iam wondering if it's because of how they work smell look or what? I never know what women are thinking about me .... They are hard to read sometimes when iam talking to them! I really do not know what to do ... I havent had many girlfriends, due to the fact that iam afraid of hurting them or hurting yourself also most women around here are themselves ...... What should I do?? Iam 18 years 5'10 158pds short brown hair, hazel goldish / brown eyes and iam a professional soccer coach candidates Well iam saying iam tired of feeling so alone .... I've had so many bad people around me that no one feels as a friend to me ... So I've wandered away from my friends on your way wrong ....
because you smell ???.... I'm pretty sure that's not the problem. Girls who are themselves ... ugh, Bleck. Maybe you should move? ... anyway, do not be afraid of pain, because then nothing big will happen in your love life. If you can find a girl you can be yourself around and she can act as her and not a car * ahem * concieted then that is the girl you should go for. Hurting yourself or someone is basically the effect that it is part of life loving all people, regardless if they are seeking, dating, or married. Oh, and try not to think about what women are thinking of you .... just try to focus on things positive and only say they are thinking good thoughts, because the possibility exists that they are! so be confident, but not be too confident and become in a tug and keep away from the "is all about me" type of girls, as they try to walk all over you. well .... good luck with your wife looking for.

That football NFL Head Coach is about to be fired?
It seems football season is not completely finished and team owners are ready to deliver letters of dismissal. "Black Monday" the day after the regular season ended, he saw two coaches are fired. I guess owners also want to try to start fresh and new as any other team. My money right now is for Herm Edwards in KC. What do you think?
Okay, with Scott Pioli going I think he would hand pick his own coaches. I thought Herm was on shaky ground in recent years all modes.

Why are blacks so overrepresented as NFL Head Coaches?
Before the affirmative action "Rooney Rule" was enacted, only 6% of NFL head coaches were black. Now, 20% of NFL coaches are black, despite blacks being less than 13% of the population. Clearly blacks are overrepresented as NFL coaches, so what can be done to get more white, asian, and hispanic coaches? Don't we want diversity, or is it just all about getting as many blacks as possible into coaching positions?
Well considering over 70% of the players in the NFL are Black but 0% of the NFL owners are 6 Black head coaches is not too much to ask for. Besides if you want diversity in the NFL first get rid of all team names and mascots that depict symbolism or caricatures that represent Native Americans and second take up grievances with the major colleges and universities and the nfl ownership. Players and Coaches are drafted or hired based upon their ability to help teams win. Besides football does have diversity. Look at FIFA and UEFA.

They have added called defensive guru Jon Tenuta to the coaching staff not defensive, which is what they desperately need. And they have fallen a recruiting class's highest rated ever. Jimmy Clausen, now has one year of experience under his belt and has the 5 star Crist Stud behind it that should push him to greatness. What do you think? Honest answers only, Irish no haters!
I think Notre Dame will rebound from the season 3 did not win. As far as a BCS bowl, I'd like to see in one, but I'm very happy to see them in any container after last year. They were one of the recruiters this year, but only time will tell.
